Shanna uses acrylic paint, astrology, and other forms of art to remind us of the divine heART within us all. She received 3 levels of attunements in the universal life force, known as Reiki. She studies the ancient healing practices of sound frequencies in tuning forks and Himalayan Tibetan bowls. She enjoys unifying all spiritual practices with conscious awareness and the holistic approach putting the keys and tools in your hands. The body is a magnificent machine and is working to serve you. It is up to you to understand its language and listen.  The mantra given to her is “Awareness is the medicine, love the healer”.
